This no-cost, 10-day pilot lets your company validate measurable outcomes from my work before proposing a longer engagement. It is designed to assess technical impact and collaboration fit.
Duration: 10 business days from the kickoff date (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Focus (choose one):
Performance & CRO (Web/E-commerce) — e.g., improve Core Web Vitals/LCP on 1–2 key templates and deliver a before/after report.
Automations (n8n) — deliver two production-ready flows (e.g., lead→CRM + notifications/dashboard).
Checkout/Funnel Revamp — implement limited UX improvements and a simple A/B or a measurable funnel uplift.
Deliverables: implementation within the agreed scope, before/after metrics, and a 30-day prioritized backlog (ICE).
Out-of-scope: additional features, third-party licenses, ongoing support beyond day 10, or broader refactors. Any change request requires written approval and may be quoted separately.
The pilot is no-cost within the agreed scope. Extensions or additional work are quoted separately.
Client provides minimum-privilege accounts and temporary access (with 2FA where possible).
I follow reasonable security practices and keep change logs where applicable.
Sensitive data should be masked or provided in staging whenever feasible.
Both parties will keep non-public information strictly confidential and use it only for executing the pilot.
Deliverables created during the pilot (within scope) may be used by the Client at no additional cost.
My pre-existing tools, templates, prompts, libraries, and know-how remain my property.
Portfolio use: I may reference non-sensitive aspects of the work (screenshots/metrics without secrets) only with the Client’s written permission.
Services are provided “as-is” for evaluation purposes.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability, if any, is limited to USD 100 for the pilot.
If the pilot delivers value, the Client may submit an hourly offer for a 40 h/week engagement. If not, the Client keeps the pilot deliverables at no cost.
